    4. Important Disclaimer

    GetRedGifs acts solely as an intermediary service that facilitates direct connections between users and RedGIFs content. Our key operational principles:

    • We do not host, store, or process any RedGIFs content on our servers at any time
    • We do not modify, alter, or reproduce any RedGIFs content
    • We do not monetize or commercially exploit RedGIFs content
    • All content remains on RedGIFs servers and is accessed directly by the end user
    • Our service simply provides a more efficient way for users to access content that is already publicly available

    By using our service, you acknowledge that GetRedGifs has no ownership or control over the content provided by RedGIFs, and all intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

    5. Browser Extension Terms

    By using the GetRedGifs browser extension, you additionally agree to:

    • Only use the extension to fetch and export your own personal favorites from your RedGIFs account
    • Not use the extension to access accounts that are not yours
    • Accept that the extension stores data locally in your browser and that you are responsible for the security of your device
    • Understand that the extension requires you to be logged in to RedGIFs and captures your session temporarily to fetch favorites

    The extension is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about compatibility with future browser or RedGIFs updates.

    6. Bulk Link Grabber Terms

    By using the Bulk Link Grabber feature, you additionally agree to:

    • A daily usage limit applies to the Bulk Link Grabber. This limit resets at midnight UTC each day
    • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, daily quotas, or any other access restrictions
    • Not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Bulk Link Grabber
    • Only use extracted links for personal, non-commercial purposes
    • Accept that your IP address is hashed and stored temporarily for rate limiting purposes

    We reserve the right to adjust daily limits, introduce additional restrictions, or suspend access to the Bulk Link Grabber at any time without prior notice.

    7. Advertising

    GetRedGifs is a free, ad-supported service. By using GetRedGifs, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • Advertisements are provided through partners including CrakRevenue (Sellitize Ltd), and may include banners, interstitial overlays, and separate browser tabs opened following an interaction
    • Third-party advertisers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and personalise ads
    • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements
    • Intentionally circumventing ads (e.g., using ad blockers) may trigger a notice requesting you to disable your ad blocker

    8. User Responsibilities

    You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GetRedGifs complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

    • Use our service for any illegal purposes
    • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
